Workshop
Workshop
We are really good at this, workshopping. Maybe that’s because we do it a lot.
We have learnt, that every team is different, and every workshop situation is unique. While concepts and structures can to some extent be reused, successful outcomes depend on understanding the unique issues at hand, and how to make the most of the opportunity, whether that is with a larger group online, or with a smaller team irl.
Our idea of a workshop is that you step into a room with expertise, experience and a challenge, and you leave that room enriched and with new insight bringing you closer to your goal. It is our role to make sure all that happens.
We have experience delivering short high-pace workshops delivering high-end strategic outcome, just as we have experience delivering multiple-day slower-pace workshops, deep-diving into topics, allowing insights to evolve. We are just as happy delivering face-to-face workshops or as on online experience, acknowledging however the work involved and outcomes gained, can be very different. We are used to working with complex sets of stakeholders, multi-lingual and cross-sectoral.
Wärtsilä Norway
Wärtsilä’s Norwegian branch, located on the beautiful island of Stord, invited us in November 2023 to deliver a full-day workshop for their management team, to explore concepts of sustainability. Wärtsilä’s strategy is one about decarbonisation, and they were interested to explore how they could incorporate holistic sustainability with their existing strategy.
ARSTM
The Maritime Academy in Abidjan, Ivory Coast: ARSTM (Académie Régionale des Science et Techniques de la Mer), through its research centre CREMPOL (Centre de Recherche Maritime Portuaire et Logistique), invited us in June 2024 to deliver workshops and training for 40 port representatives from across the West African coast. During two full days of workshops and interactive discussions, we engaged this group, to jointly explore the context and opportunity for this region to strategically and successfully engage in the maritime energy shift.
