Learning
Sometimes customers ask us to develop and deliver training material for their employees, which we are very happy to do. Once a sustainability strategy has been rolled out, quite often there are knowledge gaps identified which we can help to bridge. We can deliver online course material, or learning material which are dealt with in a classroom type of situation, where we lead the conversation on site. We also have experience with developing course material for maritime startups who need a better introduction to how to best engage with a complex industry.
What we deliver is handcrafted content rather than a glossy package. We are happy to team up with a content designer should this be appreciated, and have experience working with those.
After we delivered the strategic sustainability roadmap for E&S Tankers, they invited us back in September 2022 to deliver training with their Procurement Department. This included classroom tutoring of the content of E&S’ sustainability roadmap, as well as case study workshops, where the team was exposed to fictive examples, to apply new concepts and discuss potential outcomes.
As part of the work for E&S Tankers, we also developed an online course which became a compulsory tool in the roll-out of the new programme.
In December 2021, a HSEQ team at Ørsted invited us to share an “inspirational presentation” on maritime decarbonisation, and how that could relate to Ørsted’s operations in the future.
